Organic Ceylon black tea, Organic astragalus, organic Peppermint, organic coconut ships, organic stinging nettle, organic stevia, organic hibiscus, organic pineapple, organic papaya, natural lemon and peach flavor.
Directions:
Pour 8 ounces of freshly boiled water over one sachet and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Repeat for a second cup.
